Every SaaS ROI calculator that ranks on Google is published by a SaaS-management vendor (BetterCloud, Flexera, Keepit, Vendr, Zluri, Productiv, Sastrify, Tropic) or a SaaS reseller funnel. Each outputs a single inflated ROI number. None expose how adoption × accuracy × productivity-recapture multiplies down to the realistic outcome. None mention the tier-jump SSO tax that pushes most SaaS spend 100%+ above the cheapest published tier.
saasroicalculator.com applies Forrester's own TEI methodology honestly. P10/P50/P90 sensitivity bands. The 50% productivity-recapture rule Forrester uses internally — not the 100% vendor calculators assume. Tier-jump SSO premium pulled live from ssopricing.com (the sister site that maintains the SSO Premium Index).
What we do
